Support is provided only in English. This is because we have customers worldwide and we want to support each one of them. Posted tickets which are not written in English will not be answered.

The Breadcrumbs Advanced Plus module is taken offline. The module does not work correctly with the added effects in Joomla! 3.10.x nor it works correctly in Joomla! 4.x. We are working on a new version but the current present effects will not be implemented.
For all user who have a license for BCAPlus can now download the BreadCrumbs CSS module with the same license! We sincerely apoligize for taking this module offline.

Support Availability

Working days: Monday to Friday. The is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week but will only be answered during workings days according CET.
Reply time: Depending on the complexity of your support issue it's usually between a few minutes and 48 hours. When we expect longer delays we will notify you when you file a ticket or reply.
