Okay, we'll have to admit we've made a silly mistake with the 1.2.0 release.
As we always test our extensions in a freshly installed Joomla! but with the Debug System option to on we had missed the HitZero plugin doesn;t load jQuery correctly when Debug System is set to off. Our bad but just now we've updated the HitZero plugin for you to download. Still free to use on any of your websites ;-)
You can find a bit more information on the product page and you can download it from the HitZero download section. Ofcourse we've also created documentation for the plugin which can be found here.
The last few days we've spent some spare time on updating the HitZero plugin for Joomla!.
This new version will only work in Joomla! 4.2.x :(and higher) with all the extra added buttons. In the previous version the article-buttons cannot be displayed in the latest Joomla! 4 update. So we've fixed it and made the code a bit slimmer just to optimize it.
Ofcourse this version is still free to download, free to use and on as many sites as you like.
You can find a bit more information on the product page and you can download it from the HitZero download section. Ofcourse we've also created documentation for the plugin which can be found here.
Because we want our site to work correctly and simple for our users we need plan regular maintenance. Most of the time this maintenance is done 'backstage' without the need to go offline and being unreachable to our users.
In some cases downtime cannot be avoided we've planned these changes for the upcoming week. In the backend several major components needs to be updated and reconfigured to keep our site working correctly.
We realize changes aren't bad but can be inconvenient. So we're trying to keep the downtime to a minimum but it could be possible you cannot reach our site when needed. When that happends please try to log in at a later time.
One of the changes is the installation of a new update system for our extensions so they can be updated using the Joomla! Update System again. To do so all our extensions will also be updated and ready to be downloaded.
If you have a extension with a subscription you'll have to change your generated Download ID's because the old Download ID's do not work with the new system. For now the download ID option is disabled and will become available after the major update. Ofcourse we will post an update message on this page when the Download ID's are available again.
Thank you for your understanding and for questions or problems you can always fill out our contact form.
Today we have switched from the Akeeba Release System to eDocMan for our files to be downloaded from the site.
Because the Akeeba Release System is a internal extension for a while now we had to switch so we can deliver good quality download links to our users. Not all the features from the Akeeba Release System are yet available in eDocman so somethings are yet missing. We are planning to have more features included but for now we'll have to do with what we've got.
The individual download ID's to integrate our payed components are no longer available nor functional. We will try to bring back this functionality very soon. Another thing that just isn't possible at the moment is using the update feature from within Joomla! to update our extensions.
We'll do the best we can to release new versions of our extensions to implement this feature back in a short period of time.
Our apologies to all our loyal user for this inconvience, we had no other choice in planning this change to our website. Due to possibile security issues we had to swich on a short notice. We promise we'll make it up to all our subscribed users with an nice present.
Starting this week we have planned several maintenance days for our website. We're planning to replace the download and subscription system.
Ofcourse we are aware users still want to be able to download their extensions and (re)new any subscription on our website.
To keep te down-time to a minimum every change is planned and tested offline but at some point the new configuration needs to go live. So it could be you cannot reach our site at some point. We'll try to keep the site up-n-running as much as possible and inform about the status using our webpage itself.
During the maintenance it could be possible the login or registration forms are disabled. Sorry for any inconvience if you cannot reach our website as usual - please do try to reach us again at another time.
Today we've released a new ReqText plugin version with some new features.
The plugin has some bugs fixed, a little code optimization and a new feature for the Text and TextArea fields. It's now possible to set a minimum number of required characters before a product can be added to the cart. That way you can "force" a customer to user text longer dan 1, 2, 3, etc. characters.
In the backend the "Min. length of input" can be set for the Text/TextArea fields and if you'll set it to zero it will skip this requirement in the frontend.
Also the selectable items for a Radio, Checkbox or Selectlist field can now be succesfully translated - we've missed those in the previous version.
You can download the ReqText plugin from our download page or use your Joomla! Extensions update procedure if you've have an active subscription license (well, that should be working correctly starting from this version again).
And another updated module is released today. Like the other modules the BreadCrumb Advanced module is made fully compatible with Joomla! 4alpha.
This version contains only updates to work correctly in Joomla! 4(alpha) and has some layout updates for the configuration settings of the module. All other functions are just like the previous releases and the module works fine in Joomla! v3.9 and Joomla! v4alpha.
For more information and examples of the animations you can browse to the product information of the BreadCrumbs Advanced module. The latest version can be downloaded on the BreadCrumbs Advanced download page.
