 Hello!

I am trying to purchase breadcrumbs advanced plus, but somehow the purchase is blocked. Can you please assist?

Dear Agnes,

Sorry to read about the troubles you're having while purchasing. The assistent code is automaticly generated by the subscription system but does not refer to any usefull information ;-(

I've just tried to buy a license for BCA Plus and all works fine; I used a normal, just registered, useraccount and I do get redirected correctly to PayPal and the license get's activated correctly.

Most of the time the Assistentcode also appears when a field isn't filled correctly during the license form proces. Could it be you're missing a required field? These should be marked red but it might be you need to scroll down a bit to see it.

If that doesn't work either, please let me know, we'll fix the license using the manual method :-)

Hello Agnes,

What I can find in the log files is the Name field is missing for the subscription form - that does not say you did not filled the field correctly but something seems to be going wrong.

Could you try to subscribe to the license when you're not logged in and click the "Do you have an account already?" button. Just to try some different method.
If that does not work I'll activate the license for you and send an PayPal request link to your e-mail.

p.s. other users can subscribe without any troubles - so far - so maybe you've found a rare bug ;-)

Seems to work fine right now - just noticed a subscription activation through our website for the BCA+ license. Thank you for trying once more and glad to see all works fine now!
