#72 – Addition to ticket 71

 I am sorry to create a new ticket, but I tried to add information to ticket 71, but it does not let me do it. It shows a progress bar and nothing happens.

Annoying that your testsite works good, we tested on the testsite of Marina and she had the same problems, also no thrashing possible.

We have heard from another plugin provider, CJForum, that the problem seems to be described as on GitHub, see the link


In the Forum we have the problem that we cannot unpublish or thrash forum posts. This seems to be an alike problem as in foollog.

I think it is still possible for you to acces our site with your account. So you can look for yourself.

As mentioned in the previous post - I've created a test user with exactly the same user rights as your account in our live enviroment and used FireFox to create a ticket, reply to it (as the same user) and I do not have any problems posting in the same ticket.
Maybe the IPad could be having troubles using Akeeba Ticket System. I'll contact Akeeba Support for it.
