To get support for our extensions we ask a small fee of € 9,- (incl. tax). After we've received your PayPal payment you'll get 9 days of full support for our extensions through the support forum.

UWiX tries to answer all support questions with the best solutions. Remeber that some problems occur because of third party extensions which we cannot support.
